Nestled right inside of the 999 Peachtree building, right across from the Hyatt Centric Midtown hotel, Lazy Betty is a fine dining establishment that offers more than a good drink or a tasty meal. Instead, everyone from the chefs to the hostess, the waiter to the bartender aims to offer an entire experience from start to finish that lingers in your mind long after you’ve driven off and made it back home.

The chef team of three devotes his craft to each course from the amuse (a starter course) to the braise (a hearty meat course near the end). These meals aren’t rushed, but savored. And the service is catered to your enjoyment. Each server will explain the course to you in detail—that includes the wine or non-alcoholic pairing if you choose to include! Some memorable courses of the night included: Foie gras and cherry terrine, spring garlic tortellini, crown roasted duck breast, and an excellent non-alcoholic version of a French 75.
But! If the tasting menu is a little too extra for you and bae, grab a seat at the bar (no reservation required) and chat with the bar staff.
